PR & Influencer Manager (UK & Ireland)

About the role

The PR & Influencer Manager will lead the execution of PR and influencer strategies for a beauty brand across the UK and Ireland. Working closely with global PR, social media and product teams, you will ensure launch plans are locally relevant while supporting both brand‑building and commercial goals during a 12‑month maternity cover.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR and influencer campaigns that align with brand launch plans and local initiatives.
• Collaborate with global PR, social media and product management teams to maintain consistency and synergy.
• Build and nurture relationships with beauty editors, influencers, creators and agencies.
• Manage product gifting, paid partnerships and campaign execution, securing coverage across print, digital and social platforms.
• Track campaign performance, coverage and influencer reporting, providing market intelligence and consumer insights.
• Work cross‑functionally with marketing, social and commercial teams to recommend locally relevant marketing plans.
• Lead local agency and vendor management and oversee the PR & Influencer budget, including purchase orders.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years experience in PR & influencer marketing or brand communications, preferably within beauty, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands.
• Strong network of beauty editors, influencers, creators and talent contacts.
• Proven track record of executing successful PR and influencer campaigns.
• Excellent communication, writing and relationship‑building abilities.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Passion for beauty trends, storytelling and brand building.
