Pre-sales Specialist – ICT Services (London)

About the role

New opportunity as a Pre‑sales Specialist within an international ICT service provider. The role will help establish the company in the UK and European markets, delivering technical pre‑sales design, quoting and coordination to meet customer requirements and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define customer requirements, create designs and proposals, and provide technical support.
• Outline project plans, track progress, and conduct revenue and profit analysis.
• Identify technology trends, contribute to new product development and manage technology evaluation stages.
• Coordinate with suppliers for product costing and quotations, and lead presentations to customers and partners.
• Organise and lead project staff, handle documentation, and provide training to engineers.
• Support end‑to‑end deployment of enterprise IT solutions and troubleshoot network devices.

Required profile

• Valid CCNP, AWS Specialty or equivalent certification with hands‑on experience.
• Proven customer service experience across all levels and ability to work within a team.
• Fluent English with strong time‑management and reliable attendance.

Required skills

• Network and security products: Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, CATO.
• Enterprise IT technologies: SD‑WAN, SASE, EDR/MDR, IoT.
• Infrastructure: Windows Server/PC, VDI, VM, network & server installation.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.
• Technical documentation: high‑ and low‑level design documents.
