Principal Business Analyst & Change Lead

About the role

TXP is looking for a Principal Business Analyst & Change Lead to drive complex business and technology transformation programmes. This hybrid, client‑facing consulting role offers the chance to shape strategic change and build a market‑leading Business Analysis practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic business analysis across major transformation programmes.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and executive teams to define priorities and future‑state solutions.
• Drive change adoption, organisational readiness and benefits realisation.
• Coach and mentor Business Analysts, developing capability across the practice.
• Support business development, solution shaping and pre‑sales activities.
• Contribute to the evolution of TXP's Business Analysis methodologies, tooling and AI‑enabled approaches.

Required profile

• Significant experience as a Principal or Lead Business Analyst, Business Architect, Change Lead or similar consulting role.
• Proven success delivering business analysis within complex transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including executive‑level engagement.
• Experience working across Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid environments.
• Passion for developing people, improving practices and delivering measurable client value.
