Principal Solutions Engineer – Integrated Marketing Agency

About the role

We are seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer to lead the design and delivery of complex, multi‑platform solutions for a fast‑growing integrated marketing agency. You will work with a diverse client portfolio, translating business challenges into robust technical solutions that span digital, data, marketing and customer experience domains.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise‑scale digital solutions across multiple platforms and data ecosystems.
• Define solution architecture, integration strategies and engineering best practices.
• Drive adoption of scalable, secure and reusable frameworks on cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand requirements and present technical proposals.
• Provide technical leadership on APIs, data integrations, automation and emerging technologies such as AI.
• Mentor engineers, establish technical standards and contribute to the organisation’s technology roadmap.
• Work closely with strategy, creative, development and data teams to ensure cohesive delivery.

Required profile

• Significant experience designing and delivering enterprise‑scale digital solutions.
• Strong expertise in solution architecture, systems integration and modern engineering practices.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex technical discussions.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills with a focus on stakeholder management.
• Experience establishing technical standards, frameworks and governance.
