Procurement Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead the procurement function for a growing social enterprise in the property and technology sector. You will be responsible for delivering compliant, value‑driven procurement across frameworks, contracts and digital purchasing systems.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and administer all procurement activities, including framework agreements, long‑term contracts and call‑off agreements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date legislative knowledge and ensure compliance with public procurement regulations.
• Deliver procurements within agreed timescales and oversee transparency and documentation.
• Define best‑practice procurement processes and manage e‑procurement portals and dynamic purchasing systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create value and control costs in a fast‑changing environment.

Required profile

• Proven commercial track record in procurement and major contract management.
• Thorough knowledge of public sector procurement (PCR2015, PA23) and experience with procurement frameworks.
• Experience managing e‑procurement portals and digital purchasing systems.
• Consultative approach with the ability to turn ideas into results.
• MCIPS qualification or equivalent commercial experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical and record‑keeping skills.
