Procurement Officer – Hybrid, London

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Procurement Officer to join our London office on a hybrid basis. You will own the end‑to‑end procurement process, influencing commercial decisions and building strong supplier partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement requests from initial enquiry through to purchase order and contract completion.
• Act as the first point of contact for procurement queries across the business.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Coordinate approvals to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation and contract renewals.
• Conduct supplier research, obtain quotations and support RFQs and sourcing exercises.
• Identify procurement risks and ensure compliance with governance standards.
