Product Assistant – Fashion Brand (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

Join a leading UK activewear brand as a Product Assistant on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will support the product team in bringing seasonal collections to market, working closely with Category Managers and cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support Category Managers with day‑to‑day product range management.
• Maintain accurate product information, range plans, pricing documents and trackers.
• Coordinate and manage product samples throughout development.
• Assist with seasonal launches, presentations and product set‑up.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations, product information and launch materials.
• Track actions, update critical path information and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support pricing updates, swing ticket information and product data.
• Collaborate with Buying, Design, Merchandising and Product teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Gradually take ownership of smaller product categories as experience grows.

Required profile

• Passionate about fashion product development and eager to build a career in a head‑office environment.
• Recent graduate in Fashion, Buying, Merchandising or related field, or early‑career professional in a similar role.
• Excellent organisational and administrative abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
