Visual Merchandiser

About the role

As a Visual Merchandising Partner you will design inspiring, eye‑catching displays in shop windows and on the shop floor to attract customers and encourage purchases. You will help create a meaningful shopping experience while maintaining exceptional merchandising and presentation standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver market‑leading merchandising and presentation standards.
• Implement seasonal and floor layout changes efficiently with minimal disruption to customers.
• Support other areas of the branch and departments when required.
• Share visual merchandising knowledge with colleagues to improve department and branch performance.
• Carry out stock handling and system processes to minimise business risk and loss.
