Product Director – Senior Leadership Role

About the role

We are partnering with a confidential, market‑leading organisation to recruit a Product Director. This senior leadership position will shape product strategy, inspire high‑performing teams and drive performance across the entire product function.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor and develop cross‑functional product teams.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from development and sourcing to manufacturing, supply‑chain and commercial delivery.
• Establish standards of excellence and build capabilities to deliver high‑quality products.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure product initiatives support overall corporate strategy.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in product management or product development.
• Strong track record of influencing and inspiring teams.
• Ability to build a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle stages, including manufacturing and supply‑chain management.
