Production Operator – 6‑Month Rolling Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Production Operator to join a heavy‑industrial, safety‑critical environment in Enfield. The role involves processing powders, solutions and metallics to produce accurate samples for testing, working on a rotating day/night shift pattern.

Key responsibilities

• Operate equipment for milling, blending, melting and incineration of materials.
• Produce precise samples for laboratory analysis.
• Follow strict health and safety procedures at all times.
• Complete basic documentation and enter data into the control system.
• Work independently while wearing required PPE/RPE.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial or process environment.
• Comfortable working in dusty, physically demanding conditions.
• Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts.
• Strong awareness of health and safety standards.
