Professional Indemnity Solicitor – Manchester (Hybrid)

About the role

Join a nationally recognised law firm’s Professional Indemnity team in Manchester as an Associate. You will manage your own caseload of high‑value professional indemnity matters while supporting partners on technically complex disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a diverse portfolio of professional indemnity claims, advising insurers, MGAs and professional clients.
• Assist partners on high‑value, technically challenging litigation.
• Maintain strong client contact and develop relationships with solicitors, barristers, accountants and other professionals.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and support the team’s growth.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with experience in professional indemnity and/or commercial litigation.
• Strong analytical, drafting and communication abilities.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to case management.
• Ability to work effectively within a high‑performing, collaborative team.
