Professional Support Lawyer – Real Estate Disputes (Flexible)

About the role

This position is for a qualified solicitor to act as a Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) for the Real Estate Disputes, Construction and Regulatory teams of a leading national law firm. The role focuses on building‑safety‑related work, knowledge sharing and the development of client‑facing insight.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track developments in building safety, remediation and technical defect claims.
• Produce legal updates, insight notes and knowledge‑sharing material for internal and client use.
• Develop and maintain precedents, templates and know‑how resources.
• Support lawyers across Real Estate Disputes, Construction and Regulatory practices.
• Explore and implement generative AI tools to improve knowledge management.
• Contribute to broader property dispute knowledge, including telecoms and landlord‑tenant matters.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with experience in contentious legal matters.
• Strong drafting ability and experience in knowledge management.
• Interest in building safety, construction defects and property disputes.
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable collaborating across multiple practice teams.
