Project Coordinator – Construction & Fit‑Out

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to become the operational hub for our core projects team. Working within a fast‑paced construction and fit‑out business, you will ensure multiple live projects are delivered smoothly, accurately and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project handover documentation.
• Coordinate surveys, site access and installations.
• Manage site communications, check‑ins and client enquiries.
• Support health & safety documentation, RAMS and compliance processes.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling and toolbox talk administration.
• Coordinate subcontractor onboarding, vetting and feedback.
• Support reporting, invoicing and revenue tracking.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reduce administrative burden on delivery teams.

Required profile

• Experience supporting projects or operations in a fast‑paced environment.
• Understanding of construction processes and terminology (or ability to learn quickly).
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Clear, professional communication with clients, subcontractors and site teams.
• Proactive problem‑solving and calm under pressure.
• Positive, energetic and team‑focused attitude.
