Project Finance Coordinator – Fixed Term

About the role
We are seeking a Project Finance Coordinator to join our London studio on a fixed‑term basis, supporting the financial management of a large infrastructure project.
Key responsibilities
- Collate and monitor timesheets and prepare monthly sub‑consultant cost reports.
- Analyse spend against forecasts and support invoice preparation.
- Assist with AFP preparation, purchase order tracking, quality assurance checks and audit support.
- Prepare data for Qlik reporting and contribute to forecasting, resourcing and cash‑flow monitoring.
- Work closely with the finance team and design managers to ensure accurate financial records.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar finance coordination role or transferable skills.
- Strong Excel proficiency and ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
- Experience with CMAP or Qlik is advantageous.
- Previous experience within a large infrastructure team is a plus.
