Property Lawyer (Commercial & Residential)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join our Hampshire office or work remotely. The role involves handling both commercial and residential property matters for a diverse client base, including investors and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
• Oversee commercial property transactions and advise on related legal issues.
• Act for property investors and developers across the country on various projects.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
• Minimum of 3 years post‑qualification experience in commercial and residential property law.
• Strong client‑care, communication and organisational abilities.
• Proven capacity to manage a busy caseload and work effectively under pressure.
