Property Litigation Lawyer – Real Estate Disputes

About the role
The appointed solicitor will join a specialist and growing team advising a broad client base on a varied range of property disputes, working closely with experienced lawyers and transactional Real Estate colleagues.
Key responsibilities
- Handle commercial landlord and tenant disputes.
- Manage property‑related insolvency and development disputes.
- Provide commercially‑focused advice alongside transactional Real Estate colleagues.
- Support junior colleagues and contribute to department growth.
Required profile
- Qualified solicitor with minimum 1 year PQE.
- Strong background in landlord and tenant law and real‑estate disputes.
- Excellent client‑facing skills and ability to build professional relationships.
- Commercially minded, proactive and team‑oriented.
