About the role
We are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join our Dispute Resolution team in Birmingham. The role will involve handling a range of property disputes for both residential and commercial clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage contentious landlord and tenant matters across residential and commercial property.
- Handle boundary and general property disputes.
- Advise and litigate TOLATA claims.
- Deal with property‑related professional negligence cases.
- Support the wider commercial litigation team as required.
Required profile
- Strong communication and advocacy skills.
- High level of client care.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive approach to business development.
