About the role

This is a full‑time opportunity for a qualified solicitor or barrister to retrain as a specialist Prosecutions Lawyer in London. Comprehensive training, mentoring and support are provided to help you transition into public‑service criminal law.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of criminal law matters, from initial charge to trial.
• Develop specialist prosecutorial knowledge, case‑management and advocacy skills.
• Contribute to the delivery of justice by preparing and presenting cases in court.
• Collaborate with senior prosecutors and support teams to ensure effective case progression.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor or barrister from any area of law.
• Contested litigation experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong advocacy, written and verbal communication abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a genuine commitment to public service.
