About the role

Join Venn Group’s established Public Sector Legal team in Birmingham City Centre. You will work with local authorities, universities, police authorities and other government bodies to place high‑calibre legal professionals in interim roles.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with public sector organisations and government bodies.
• Source, interview and place senior legal talent into interim positions.
• Develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing partnerships.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to placement.
• Become a market expert in public sector legal recruitment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• Strong relationship‑building and business‑development skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
