Join a busy main dealer in Manchester as a qualified MOT Tester. You will work within a modern workshop, following DVSA standards to deliver reliable MOT inspections and basic mechanical repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out MOT testing in line with DVSA/VOSA regulations.
• Perform basic mechanical repairs efficiently and within standard times.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer and dealership quality standards.
• Maintain high attention to detail across inspections and repairs.
• Support the wider workshop team when required and meet daily productivity targets.

Required profile

• Qualified MOT Tester with a valid DVSA or VOSA Smart Card.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic ability.
• Stable automotive background with a consistent career history.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Full UK driving licence.
