Quality Assurance Auditor – Europe & Middle East

About the role

Bombardier’s Business Aircraft London Service Centre in Biggin Hill is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor to support its European and Middle‑East operations. The role involves conducting internal and supplier audits, managing corrective actions, and supporting quality‑related projects across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site internal audits of domestic and international service centres.
• Coordinate and conduct audits of mobile trucks.
• Initiate, manage, and monitor audit‑related corrective actions.
• Assess and approve suppliers (onsite and external) within established parameters.
• Conduct vendor audits for non‑certificated maintenance providers as needed.
• Develop, analyse, and support key QA programmes and projects.
• Document, report, and track project progress and related duties.
• Provide inter‑departmental support for audit follow‑up, training coordination, and supplier quality activities.
• Assist with QA training materials, KPI development, and monthly reporting.

Required profile

• At least five years of experience in a technical field such as manufacturing, aerospace or defence.
• Minimum three years of experience auditing to Quality Management System requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with data compilation, tracking and reporting using MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Knowledge of regulatory quality systems (FAA, EASA, CAAC) and foreign aircraft maintenance authorisations.
• Ability to travel to domestic and international sites as required.
