Quality Assurance Officer – Beverage Can Production

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to ensure the quality of digitally printed beverage cans throughout production. The role involves performing tests, inspections, and supporting the quality management system to meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform adhesion, bonding, and porosity tests and accurately document results.
• Conduct incoming goods inspections to verify delivery accuracy.
• Carry out basic machine maintenance, including spindle repairs and insert replacements, and provide relief coverage as a machine operator when needed.
• Ensure processes and products comply with relevant norms through regular quality checks.
• Lead claim investigations, answer customer questionnaires, and drive issue resolution.
• Support QMS implementation, documentation, and provide first‑level support for QMS‑related queries in coordination with HQ management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a QA, production, or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with complaint handling and root‑cause analysis.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and relevant standards.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ownership.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments and external clients.
