Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑driven Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Adviser Quality Assurance team. In this role you will help maintain the highest standards of adviser quality, compliance, and client protection across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Review adviser documentation, suitability reports and case submissions for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Validate adviser licences and regulatory records.
• Support case triage and oversight using Salesforce and workflow systems.
• Produce and review Life Insurance, Protection and Long‑Term Care quotations.
• Identify discrepancies, missing information or potential compliance risks.
• Collaborate with advisers and internal stakeholders to improve operational excellence.

Required profile

• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience in financial services, compliance, paraplanning or quality assurance.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, collaborative and solutions‑focused.
