Real Estate Agent – Property Sales & Lettings in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our Dubai team, focusing on residential property sales and lettings. This commission‑only position is ideal for candidates willing to relocate and build a client base in a fast‑moving market.

Key responsibilities

• Collect property information and coordinate the creation of marketing material.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Dubai residential property regulations.
• Arrange and conduct property valuations and viewings.
• Negotiate with buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing through offer stage.
• Monitor sales and lettings progress with the Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory teams.
• Make regular follow‑up calls to clients after each viewing.
• Track local market trends and generate new business through the company database and networking.
• Liaise with banks, mortgage consultants, surveyors, sales progressors and other agencies during transactions.

Required profile

• Sales experience advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Professional appearance, honesty and strong networking ability.
• Positive, hard‑working attitude and punctuality.
• Fluency in a second language is a plus.
• Smart business dress required at all times.
• UK or UAE driving licence and own vehicle (hire car or company vehicle can be arranged).
