About the role

This position offers a mid‑level solicitor the chance to join a Legal 500‑ranked Real Estate Disputes team at a well‑established London law firm. You will work closely with senior partners, handling high‑profile commercial and residential property matters while gaining extensive client exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on commercial and residential real estate disputes, including landlord‑tenant issues, lease renewals, forfeiture and rent arrears.
• Manage development disputes, breaches of contract, dilapidations, boundary, rights of light, party wall and adverse possession claims.
• Handle service charge, overage, Building Safety Act and Telecommunications Code matters.
• Conduct collective enfranchisement and lease extension work.
• Represent clients in mediation, arbitration and litigation before County Court, High Court and specialist Property Tribunals.

Required profile

• UK‑qualified solicitor with 3‑6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Demonstrated experience in real estate disputes at a respected City, West End or strong regional firm.
• Strong interest in building a long‑term career in property litigation.
