Real Estate Disputes Solicitor (NQ - 5 PQE)

About the role

We are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join the Real Estate Disputes team of a leading international law firm. The position is based in Birmingham (with the option to work from Manchester) and offers a hybrid working model. You will work on a diverse portfolio of commercial property disputes for national and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients on commercial landlord and tenant matters.
• Handle lease renewals, terminations and related negotiations.
• Manage dilapidations, covenant disputes and boundary, easement and rights‑of‑way issues.
• Pursue possession claims and advise on landlord remedies.
• Conduct property‑related litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with NQ to 5 years PQE experience in property litigation or commercial real estate disputes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a broad range of commercial property cases.
• Strong technical and analytical abilities with a commercial, pragmatic approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Motivation to develop a career within an international practice.
