Real Estate Finance Solicitor (2-5 PQE)

About the role

This position offers a talented solicitor the chance to join a well‑established Real Estate Finance team in Birmingham. You will work on a broad spectrum of lender and borrower transactions, supporting both mainstream and challenger banks, as well as a variety of finance providers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload covering acquisition finance, development finance, refinancing and secured lending.
• Draft and review loan documentation, security documents and related agreements.
• Maintain and develop client relationships across lenders and borrowers.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and cross‑practice collaboration.
• Work closely with senior specialists on complex, high‑value matters.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 2‑5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in real estate finance or related commercial property work.
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent drafting ability.
• Ability to manage own workload with minimal supervision.
• Commercial mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and a client‑focused approach.
• Team player eager to support the growth of the practice.
