Real Estate Finance Solicitor – 4+ PQE – Manchester

About the role

This position offers an experienced solicitor the chance to join a leading Law Firm’s real estate finance team in Manchester. You will work on a broad portfolio of commercial property finance transactions for lenders, handling both complex deals and an independent caseload.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate facility agreements, security documents and ancillary paperwork.
• Assist senior partners on larger, multi‑jurisdictional finance transactions.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong technical knowledge of real estate finance, commercial property and landlord/tenant law.
• Proactive, commercial mindset and willingness to take on leadership responsibilities.

Required skills

• Legal drafting of finance documentation.
• Understanding of security interests and collateral structures.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
