Real Estate Finance Solicitor – 8+ PQE, Manchester

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join our market‑leading team in Manchester. The role offers a competitive six‑figure package, hybrid working and strong progression opportunities within a nationally recognised practice.

Key responsibilities

• Advise lenders, borrowers, investment funds and corporate clients on complex real estate finance transactions.
• Manage transactions from instruction through to completion, including cross‑border matters.
• Work closely with partners on high‑value deals and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support business development and networking activities to grow the practice.
• Collaborate with banking, real estate and other specialist teams on multi‑disciplinary transactions.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with 8+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in real estate finance.
• Extensive experience within a recognised commercial law firm, advising on both lender and borrower transactions.
• Excellent technical expertise combined with commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage complex matters independently while working collaboratively.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills, with a proactive business‑development mindset.
