Real Estate Finance Solicitor – Manchester (8+ PQE)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join a market‑leading team in Manchester. The role offers a competitive six‑figure package, hybrid working and strong progression opportunities within a nationally recognised practice.

Key responsibilities

• Advise banks, financial institutions, investment funds and corporate borrowers on complex real‑estate finance transactions.
• Manage transactions from instruction through to completion for both lenders and borrowers.
• Collaborate with partners on high‑value, cross‑border matters.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support business development and networking to grow the practice.

Required profile

• 8+ years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in real‑estate finance within a recognised commercial law firm.
• Proven track record of handling lender and borrower transactions.
• Excellent technical expertise combined with commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage complex matters independently while working collaboratively.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
