Real Estate Paralegal – Post Completions (Remote)

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join a leading international law firm specialising in post‑completion matters. The role is fully remote, allowing you to support a high‑profile commercial real estate client portfolio from anywhere in the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Manage post‑completion processes for commercial real estate transactions
• Prepare and submit Land Registry applications, handling requisitions and registration deadlines
• Prepare, calculate and submit SDLT and LTT returns
• Conduct due diligence, manage enquiries and coordinate conveyancing searches
• Support real estate finance transactions, including conditions precedent
• Manage post‑completion workflows, inboxes, trackers and reporting
• Assist with legal research, document management and data rooms
• Utilise legal technology and AI tools to support efficient transaction delivery

Required profile

• 1–2 years’ commercial real estate paralegal experience
• Strong knowledge of Land Registry applications and post‑completion processes
• Experience preparing SDLT returns and managing registration deadlines
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle a high volume of matters
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
• Confident communicator with excellent client‑service skills
