Real Estate Paralegal – Property Team, London

About the role

We are looking for a Real Estate Paralegal to join our growing Property team in London. The role provides exposure to a wide range of residential and commercial property matters, supporting solicitors from instruction through to completion. It is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants to develop a long‑term career in property law.

Key responsibilities

• Support residential and commercial property transactions.
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence and transaction files.
• Conduct property searches and title checks.
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other third parties.
• Assist with acquisitions, disposals and lease matters.

Required profile

• Previous experience within a real‑estate, commercial property or conveyancing team.
• Strong understanding of property transactions and legal processes.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience liaising with clients and third parties.
