Recruitment Consultant – Audit & Accounts (Finance)

About the role

Join Pro-Recruitment’s market‑leading finance recruitment team as a Recruitment Consultant specialising in Audit and Accounts. You will work with a portfolio of public‑practice clients ranging from the Big 4 to boutique firms, helping them fill senior audit and accounting positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of established client relationships, becoming their go‑to recruiter for audit and accounts roles.
• Source, assess and place high‑calibre candidates, advising them on career moves and ensuring successful placements.
• Achieve sales targets and earn commission through fee‑based placements.
• Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities within the public‑practice market.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance recruitment, preferably within practice or corporate & investment environments.
• Strong ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Results‑driven, motivated and professional with a solid work ethic.
• Energetic, confident and proud of delivering high‑quality recruitment outcomes.
