About the role
We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Manchester City Centre. The role is hybrid, offering a blend of office collaboration and remote flexibility while delivering a market‑leading commission package.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (360°) from sourcing to placement.
- Generate new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships.
- Utilise leading‑edge recruitment technologies to identify and engage candidates.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months experience in a 360 recruitment role within an agency environment.
- Proven new‑business generation skills.
- Highly motivated, career‑driven and eager to progress quickly.
- Comfortable working with modern recruitment tools and platforms.
