Recruitment Consultant – Hybrid – Manchester

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Manchester. The role combines business development, candidate management and client partnership within a hybrid working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new client accounts, building a robust pipeline of hiring opportunities.
• Manage end‑to‑end 360 recruitment cycles, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Utilise recruitment technology platforms to track activity and generate reports.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with business growth targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in a 360 recruitment role within an agency setting.
• Proven ability to generate new business and meet targets.
• High motivation, career‑driven attitude and willingness to adopt new technologies.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
