Recruitment Consultant – Occupational Health & Therapy (Hot Desk)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester team and take over a hot desk that generated £30k in billing last month. You will focus on the lucrative occupational health and therapy sector, working from our central Manchester office.

Key responsibilities

• Source, interview and place candidates within the occupational health and therapy market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client organisations.
• Utilise recruitment software and related tools to manage the end‑to‑end hiring process.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly placement targets.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably in occupational health.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Results‑driven with a track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
• Ability to build and sustain client relationships.
