Reformer Pilates Instructor & Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor who can also manage front‑desk duties in our vibrant Belgravia studio. You will lead private and semi‑private sessions while ensuring the reception area runs smoothly, creating a welcoming environment for all clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead private and semi‑private Reformer Pilates classes with clear cueing and hands‑on adjustments.
• Provide personalized feedback and maintain detailed session notes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inclusive studio atmosphere.
• Assist with studio events, workshops, and light administrative tasks.
• Support café operations and manage reception duties, including client greeting and appointment scheduling.

Required profile

• Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor with at least 2 years of teaching experience.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
• Warm, positive demeanor with strong attention to detail.
• Team‑player attitude and reliable work ethic.
