Regional Director, Enterprise Sales – EMEA (Nordics & UKI)

About the role

Dash0 is seeking its first frontline sales leader for the EMEA region, focusing on the Nordics and UKI markets. Reporting to the VP Enterprise Sales EMEA, you will build and lead the initial team of Enterprise Account Executives, drive revenue, and shape the go‑to‑market playbook for a fast‑growing observability platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach the first cohort of Enterprise AEs across Nordics and UKI, fostering a results‑driven culture.
• Participate directly in high‑value deals, co‑selling and guiding multi‑stakeholder strategies to close six‑figure enterprise contracts.
• Partner with the VP to develop the regional GTM playbook, define the value proposition, ideal customer profile, and repeatable sales motion.
• Ensure rigorous pipeline forecasting, deal discipline, and transparent reporting across territories.
• Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Solutions to land key logos and execute land‑and‑expand strategies.

Required profile

• The Pioneer/Builder – thrives in early‑stage environments, creates urgency, and builds a category from scratch.
• Technical Credibility – comfortable engaging with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, SRE leads, and platform engineers.
• Hands‑on Frontline Leader – leads from the field alongside reps rather than from a dashboard.
• Enterprise Deal Architect – navigates complex, multi‑year, high‑value deals with rigorous security reviews.
