Regional Director of Project Management

About the role

We are seeking an experienced leader to head Project Management, Design Management and Cost Planning for our Manchester office. Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, you will drive the delivery of residential‑led schemes, from mixed‑use high‑rise regeneration to joint‑venture housing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all pre‑construction services, ensuring projects are delivered to the agreed vision, brief and business plan.
• Lead, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team of project, design and cost professionals.
• Maintain strong project and programme management discipline across schemes with average values of £50 million.
• Collaborate with contractors, developers, house‑builders and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan, programme and procure developments to budget, managing risk and schedule.
• Travel to project sites and other Clarion offices as required.

Required profile

• Chartered Member of RICS or CIOB.
• Proven experience overseeing multiple residential projects of £50 million+ value.
• Strong understanding of construction technologies, including high‑rise buildings.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑disciplinary design teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
