Regional Facilities Manager

About the role

The Regional Facilities Manager will oversee a portfolio of distribution centres across the Midlands and South of England for a leading logistics and supply chain business. This hybrid role involves regular travel to sites to ensure consistent facilities management, maintenance, and CAPEX delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out regular site inspections to identify service, repair and maintenance needs.
• Ensure a suitable working environment for employees and operations.
• Work with key stakeholders to develop and manage a supply base of service providers, suppliers and consultants.
• Manage health & safety and compliance for all planned and statutory maintenance works.
• Oversee contractor performance and management.
• Identify and implement cost‑saving initiatives across the estate.
• Deliver CAPEX projects throughout the portfolio.
• Identify energy‑saving and sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience managing facilities management for a multi‑site portfolio, ideally within the logistics sector.
• NEBOSH General Certificate.
• IWFM accreditation (desirable).
• Strong financial acumen.
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical & electrical (M&E) services.
• Proven track record of delivering CAPEX projects.
