Registered Nurse (RN) - Senior Care Specialist

About the Role

Main Missions

• Take full responsibility for resident care and clinical oversight, stepping in to support management when required.
• Perform essential nursing tasks including medication administration, wound care, catheterization, and tube feeding.
• Manage chronic conditions and monitor resident health status closely.
• Conduct accurate clinical assessments and develop comprehensive, personalized care plans.
• Supervise the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards during your shift.
• Act as a key point of contact for families and medical professionals regarding changes in resident conditions.

Profile Required

• Must hold a first-level nursing qualification and have a current, valid NMC registration.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional nursing experience.
• Relevant post-basic studies/specializations are highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to instruct and demonstrate care activities to junior staff.
