About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join our busy property team in Bedfordshire. The role offers hybrid working and a competitive salary dependent on experience. You will manage a varied and high‑quality conveyancing caseload while providing exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post‑completion.
Advise clients on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, equity release, shared ownership, new‑build purchases, Help to Buy, lease extensions, transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers.
Support junior team members and help develop local business relationships.
Identify cross‑referral opportunities across the wider firm.

Required profile

Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
Strong technical knowledge of residential property law.
Excellent communication and client‑care skills with the ability to work independently.
Proactive, commercially minded and, preferably, familiarity with the Bedfordshire property market.
