Residential Conveyancer – 3+ PQE – Up to £50,000 DOE

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well‑established law firm in Greater Manchester. You will inherit an existing portfolio of residential property transactions and work autonomously while benefiting from a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full conveyancing process from instruction to completion for first registrations, new‑build apartments, Right‑to‑Buy, transfers of equity, probate sales and buy‑to‑let transactions.
• Provide client‑facing advice, maintain high standards of service, and develop long‑term client relationships.
• Collaborate with senior solicitors and support staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of matters.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of property law and conveyancing practice.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
• Strong organisational, communication and client‑care abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
