Residential Property Solicitor (1-3 Years PQE)

About the role

We are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor with 1‑3 years post‑qualification experience to join our busy Buckingham office. You will work within one of the firm’s largest property teams, handling a diverse portfolio of residential transactions and providing high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Handle transfers of equity, remortgages and new‑build transactions.
• Deal with shared‑ownership matters and related conveyancing work.
• Maintain regular contact with clients, estate agents, lenders and fellow solicitors.
• Ensure deadlines are met and documentation is accurate and compliant.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years PQE in residential property law.
• Ability to work independently on a busy caseload.
• Strong organisational and time‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with a range of stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving transactional environment.
