About the role

Join Champneys Tring as a Restaurant Host and be the first point of contact for guests in our wellness‑focused food and beverage venues. You will create a warm welcome, support smooth service, and help maintain the high standards of our luxury brand.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and provide helpful, courteous assistance.
• Manage guest bookings in line with food and beverage department procedures.
• Ensure menus, allergen information, and room‑service orders are readily available and accurately processed.
• Maintain restaurant ambience to Champneys standards throughout each meal period.
• Answer guest queries about daily menus and handle initial comments or complaints.
• Assist with setting up and serving additional functions or parties as required.
• Upsell where appropriate and support bar and room‑service operations.

Required profile

• Excellent attention to detail and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a pleasant, professional demeanor.
• Willingness to learn daily menus and allergen information.
