Retail Advisor – Customer Service Role

About the role

Join EE as a Retail Advisor in Birmingham, helping customers stay connected to the moments that matter. You will work in a fast‑paced store environment, providing expert advice on EE and BT products while delivering a friendly, personalised service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with product enquiries, sales and service requests across 4‑5 days per week.
• Adapt to shifting store opening hours and demand‑driven shift patterns.
• Promote EE and BT offers, ensuring customers receive the best solutions for their needs.
• Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and health‑and‑safety compliance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and on‑target commission.

Required profile

• Resilient and able to stay calm under pressure.
• Adaptable, curious and eager to learn about new products and technologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help customers.
• Motivated to succeed without prior retail experience – training will be provided.

• No specific technical skills required; training will be given.
