Retail Advisor – Customer Technology Specialist

About the role

As a Retail Advisor you will be the go‑to person for customers seeking advice on technology that keeps them connected. You will help them choose the right devices, plans and services while building trust and delivering memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting mobile phones, tablets, SIMs, accessories, broadband and TV entertainment packages.
• Guide customers to the most suitable price plans and set‑up options for their lifestyle.
• Demonstrate new and existing technology, including accessibility tools and key product features.
• Take ownership of customer queries, resolve issues and build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with the retail team to meet store targets and achieve high customer satisfaction scores.
