Retail Business Manager

About the role

LSH Auto is looking for an experienced Retail Business Manager to lead its flagship dealership in Birmingham. The role focuses on driving retail sales performance, managing daily operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective retail strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
• Lead, mentor and motivate the retail sales team to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and exceeded.
• Oversee inventory management and merchandising to maximise sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance brand visibility and attract customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of retail sales processes and strategies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyse sales data and generate actionable insights.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to outstanding service.
• Valid UK driving licence.
