About the role

We are seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our Jenningsbet betting shop in Central London. The role involves delivering excellent customer service in a lively, sociable environment while handling bets and promoting shop initiatives. Flexible shift patterns are available across the week, including evenings.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty.
• Promote company campaigns and betting products to shoppers.
• Accept bets, settle them accurately and process winnings.
• Monitor competitor activity and suggest improvements.
• Ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
• Deputise for the Branch Manager when required.
