Retail Store Manager – Bicester Village

About the role

Vuori is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead its Bicester Village store. You will set the tone for an energetic, customer‑focused environment, embodying the brand’s active‑coastal lifestyle while driving sales and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience by guiding the sales team and ensuring each guest receives personalized service.
• Prepare fitting rooms, advise on size and fit, and follow up with customers on purchases and new product releases.
• Motivate the sales team to meet targets in a commission‑based setting and lead daily store projects.
• Manage inventory, process shipments, and communicate stock needs to support business goals.
• Oversee visual merchandising, restocking, re‑ticketing, cleaning, and opening/closing procedures.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager on sales strategy, community engagement, and team development.

Required profile

• Available for 9‑hour shifts, 5 days a week, including at least one weekend day.
• Strong punctuality and attendance record.
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Customer‑service oriented with a passion for the social aspect of retail sales.
